Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, leaked, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
Non-Returnable Items
  • Opened or partially used honey jars.
  • Products without original packaging or tampered seals.
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales.
Refund & Replacement
  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
